Let's try to find out what kind of PVE content and what kind of hunter you play. Please, only for Max.Level (150+) player
You have only 2 Choice, please choose 1x Content and 1x Hunter. Don't choose 2x Content or 2x Hunter.

LE; it would be fine if a moderator could stick this poll to future views.
Thank you

I play red hunter as main for 13 years. Landscape, instances and raids, although I don't play hard content that much nowadays because the various grinds. However, my hunter is the only character who will continue in future level caps.

I play in the Moors, I grind landscape for trait points. I primarily play a huntsman hunter
I think PvMP got overseen in the poll. I personally am a fan of blue and yellow hunters in the moors (from my former fights years ago). PvMP is more niche but I'd like to know what would be your estimate of hunter usage overall and trait specialization in current PvMP? Or is it overall too low engagement to tell these days?

I personally main blue hunter nowadays with an enormous focus on landscape optimized for efficiency (and everything that could be seen as non-instanced speedruns; of repeatable quests for example - or speedruns of instances way under-lvl).
As well as instances, but currently less raids but is planned for the future when i have overall (hopefully) more time again. I would love if the hunter revamp could turn the blue hunter to be fully raid viable because i dislike standing in a spot with a passion!

And just before someone wants to re-explain raids again: i mean it in a sense that i like to move around a bit just for the sake/fun of it; even if i have to be in a more streamlined/stationary area of a raid.

I play blue hunter even in raids, barrage when utilized properly is pretty effective skill. I have also bare minimum points that are needed taken in blue tree, mostly I have picked red traits. Ability to move and kite in PUG raids is way too important to me to choose red. And did I mention Barrage yet? :giggle:

This Spec is also easily the best Hunter choice for Soloing Instances and High Tier Delvings. Reds limited mobility just can't get the damage down before dissolving in the many puddles.

It did, it is the only aspect of LOTRO that was overlooked *shrug* His poll his choices. Cheers.

My main is a 150 lvl Haradrim Hunter. Me ... Sephkhet, a Valar baby because we had nothing on NA servers. I started at 130 and leveled up to 150 as the primary resource and funding source for the kinship. All the others, except for the two stone-boys, came in at 1 or 5. Stoned guys do tasks in Gundabad for generation of AS. They are capable human hunters also, and do Gundabad quests. Those two have no crafting skills at all. 131, and 141. Everybody else is below level 30.

So I use huntsman in below-cap resource gathering. Up to about 140. Total run and gun. Never draw a blade. I use bowmaster in cap landscape and instances. Try not to draw a blade. Really big stuff, sure. Set a trap, give it all I have. Can't kite, so sometimes melee is necessary. Lot of pride when I can bring them down before they get to me though. Maxed out in blue tree and red tree and switch from one to other as needed.

So that's it. If this goes away in changes. Might need a Blue LM to take over. Much slower but still fun.

Fellowship with kin only. Helping out overmatched newbies mostly. Don't do it FOR them, just protect and keep alive in mob attacks.

I have a 150 LM, 150 Beorning, and 150 Brawler. But my blue hunter is only 109 (replacing 136 red and 133 yellow hunters), so I'll refrain from polluting your polling data.

Red hunter here and I use it for everything except deeding in low level areas.

Unfortunately, I'm always asked to switch classes for raids nowadays. I'm not seeing myself playing instances again until hunter really does bring something to the table that the whole group benefits from.

I play a blue hunter, mostly landscape and instances. I'm a solo player and I'm a completionist. I go into instances to complete the story. For example, you can't consider the story of The Great Barrow complete unless you kill Samborg. I sometimes go into instances with random players or with my kin. But 90% of my play is solo and I enjoy my blue hunter as it is now. If changes ruin it I don't know what I'll do, my hunter is my only main character.

Much alike. Only issues I have Blue hunter is skills take too long to execute and range is short already. I often have to stop if there are many enemies and play red style...stand and snipe. But then blue skills do not always finish that job either. If blue gets unusable in run and gun, then I'll have yield to another alt, a blue LM. Much slower game play, but can do two things as once. Defeat enemies (lynx) while gathering resources. Iarebella (blue LM) on Grond is as capable and has already completed all of Umbar.

Cant pick multiple options (beyond 2)- I play all lines of Hunter, less so Yellow as it's not super fun/viable for most things, it's the part of the rework I'm most looking forward to, and I play ALL forms of content.

Why only for 150+ players? I didn't vote since I am not 150 in any class and probably never will be. Been in Lotro since beta.
I play landscape only and currently yellow line. Will be switching out of yellow when the changes drop. Will try a combination of blue/yellow. Otherwise this will just be another class on the shelf.

Old school so i play Red hunter everywhere. It would be nice tho if they upgrade the blue line dps cause most of the instances need to move all the time.

All my Hunters have been red/landscape only for nearly 18 years. I've always preferred red lines play style even when barrage was a thing. I've never felt the need to change my tree because a Dev wanted to leave their mark on a class.
After loosing my javelin skills on my warden i realized they'll do what they want to do regardless.
