Stat Adjustment:
- Outgoing Healing Rating that players receive directly (not derived from Tactical Mastery) is unintentionally too low. This applies to Outgoing Healing Rating from all sources, such as equipment, essences, and traits
- There are two issues with monster mitigations: baseline monster armour is too high, and monsters are erroneously capped at 40% mitigation for tactical damage, but 60% for physical damage. In practice, this means physical classes will deal less damage than expected, while mitigation reduction effects will not appear to be working as intended for tactical damage types
- Monsters should have baseline armour that gives them a real 40% mitigation to all damage types, while having a cap of 60%
- Tactical LIs from before the Gundabad release were not changed as part of the stat adjustment.
- Several items, such as Storvagun bracelets, have absorbing or reflecting effects, and are currently absorbing/reflecting much more damage than they ought to.
- There is an issue where the size of Bastion of Light can be larger than it should be when a guardian has block response available to them and they use the Bastion of Light Skill
- The final tier of Tenderize is not applying correctly.
- Rupture is currently decreasing the incoming damage on the debuffed target.
- Elrond's Tracery Box (Available in the shop) does not contain the new traceries
- The Beorning red line trait 'Composure' does not apply if the character is in blue spec.
- Out of combat movement effects are still usable while the event is active.
- There is an issue where the order of the event can fall out of synch with the server and cause some players to fail the event.
