Some of those are actually going away: the Maker's Guild-hall, Temir-bel, Yard-gate, and Stone-gate.

Vagabond's Rest and Bor Sema are placed in a future build -- the Rest is outside the city in the Surrounds, and Bor Sema is up above the city.

you can access Bor Sema through the amphitheatre at its rear from the top. It will fulfill the quest and there is actually a sand quest available there also. If you can manage it on horseback you can actually get into the observatory and the view of the city from the rooftop is spectacular.

Is this still possible, and if so, is there anyone who can give me the specific instructions and coords I need to get into the observatory? I have spent a LOT of time trying to make this happen!
