Stop Halting Class Fixes

The game is stagnating, but this topic gives me something to do; so who wants to help me track and aggregate needed changes for each class, and have broad discussions about class reworks? If you want to contribute, just drop what you have in the thread.
Reworks that haven't happened yet:
Brawler (unlikely given the age of the class)
Burglar
Champion
Hunter
Mariner (obviously not on the table for the foreseeable future)
Runekeeper

Runekeepers appear to be the default targets for enemies that don't have anything on their aggro tables. This causes significant issues for group play.

Could use some way of making better use of frost affinity

Needs more survivability

Needs more damage or needs to gain more utility
Wardens
Wardens need quicker gambit use. Reaction times are strained, and lag makes gambit use unbearable.
