They have given them a few hobbity emote abilities, yet they are still not hobbits! They run like they have a load in their pant, especially when they run backwards. I about fell out of my chair laughing watch my river hobbit run backwards. Honestly, they have the most awkward running ability of all the playable characters.
If Standing Stone really want to sell the ultimate package the river hobbits should be adjusted to be more hobbity. The tall skinny hobbity bodies I actually love the way they move and ride on mounts is just plain silly. Silly on a serious money adventure doesn't make money it loses money.

I got the "big" package for Riverhobbits, when first available, but, I waited til last Saturday to make one. ( Mariner too hehe )
But, It took me ages to get something a bit hobbity.
What I think, would 'fix' them:
I would like a slider on legs, shin and thigh sliders, facial sideburns ( a couple styles would be nice )
Something about the chins of the males, I think there needs to be a bit more on that chin slider to give them more of an overbite and less of a underbite. Head shape, needs not just the wide slider, face on, but, one for profile.
I looked a lot at the running, and I think, that is because of the over length in the legs, and lack of hip width ( could be corrected with a slider. )
a bit more girth option would be great ( think of our current chubby hobbit, I want that belly ) Also, a fix for running, is with the arm movements in conjunction with the legs.
I think previous adjustments made during beta with sliders helped a lot and I do appreciate that.
I know, this is all a lot of work.

This, is just some thoughts one what could help, a bit more than a normal wishlist, a hopelist.
There are some "pant" items, specifically wrong as well.
The Bingo Boffin pants you get, are "booted" all the time rather than giving us an option to wear shoes or not. The Dunlander outfit cosmetic legs as well,
There are others but cant remember which.
