What does "Crafting Guild Access" mean here? I see all the other sales (for 18 more hours), but the only thing that I see that looks at all like that are the Crafting Guild Tokens of Esteem, which don't appear to be on sale.

It means the ability to proceed beyond the lowest level of a crafting guild. It's included in VIP so you won't see it offered if that's the case.
