Hello. I'd like to buy a recipe Heavy Cotton Cloak (The Eglain reputation crafting quest) but I don't find this recipe nowhere. I know it's dropped by humanoids of levels 25-34 and it's available at LOTRO Store but I can't find it at LOTRO Store. Expert Tailor Recipe Books says "does not include any reputation recipe" Where can I get this recipe?

This recipe is a random drop from mobs. Just hit and miss when opening expert level tailor scrolls. No need to buy from the Store, just some killing of half orcs, goblins, bandits, dwarfs, dead respective level. And some luck. I'd try North Downs, maybe swampy and red part of the Lone Lands. You can try look on AH or shout on world chat, maybe someone will have it and not need it.
