Guardian of the Citadel
So ... I bought this item (https://lotro-wiki.com/wiki/Item:Charm_of_Warding_Light) from Amelia, and since then I haven't been attacked by a single wraith. So is just the item description incomplete (i. e. it does prevent all wraiths spawning from the player, not just wraiths during Nazgul encounters)? Or have I just been lucky and it really only works when a Nazgul attack is happening, that the player spawns no additional wraiths? Also, if the former is the case, is there a slightly more permanent version of this?
