Premium Hobbit Houses

We'll have official announcements about what the next neighborhood will be, and when to expect it, soon.
Many people want hobbit houses. Many people want elf houses. Pure guess - don't hold your breath for premium hobbit holes since they are likely to go elf to appeal more to the Galadriel crowd from Rings of Power (yes I know the show has a type of hobbit too - I *did* say this was a guess).

Lyndelby homesteads are comming up next. You can find it in the game already, if you visit the hobbit village Lyndelby in Vales of Anduin. Many of the housing items in the latest bundle, can also been seen in Lyndelby, which means SSG have been preparing something for it (also just confirmed) ?
Your reading of the omens in Lyndelby strikes me as about as definitive as the medieval (and earlier) practice of diving the future by killing people and interpreting the position and appearance of their internal organs. The predicted result may occur or it may not - all that is certain is that the victim is dead. But, since I would just as soon see hobbit holes as flets I will hope that you are right.

well the last testing housing area was kinda bree based from the looks of it so my guess is the next premium housing area is going to be in bree even though I would love a premium housing area in the shire.

The test estate is based on Bree structures but does not indicate what our next housing area is going to be, they were just the most simple/square assets I could find for simple creation purposes.

I wonder if Thormundur's screenshots are from Bullroarer. This is the closest i can get on life servers.
I am happy for the furry toes lovers. The release of this new area put the premium elven housing area to a closer date.
The name is Lyndelby homesteads. It is in close proximity to the holbitses NPC village that share the same name. All cordinates point to a flat lant atop a nearby hill, much higher elevation than the already existing village.

No, these screenshots are from the live servers. In some pictures you can clearly see that the ground textures are low res which means I'm not really there so regular textures are not loaded because these were taken from further distance.I wonder if Thormundur's screenshots are from Bullroarer. Nice! Seems like the Northern wall of the Sundergrot ruins is there after all. A nice spot to have a gate, I wonder if we can explore the thing on open landscape one of these days

The gate to to new housing area, is at at the live servers, on the nearest NPC town, but still locked.
