Does anyone know of a plugin that can create checklists to display which recipes a crafter is missing? Ideally it would also list how the recipe is obtained (drop, rep barter, etc.) but really I just want to know which recipes I'm missing without toggling back and forth to the wiki. Reading through the descriptions on the current plugins, it appears that they only track known recipes.

LOTRO wiki, 1 website guide to rule them all! It is not a plugin but have listed all the crafting recipes.

Showing unknown or known recipes, the plugin still sounds useful, if you know which level there are recipes to find.
There are recipes at 10, 18-20, 28-30, 38-40, 48-50, 54, 55, 58, 66, 72, 75, and 85, that come from dropped scroll cases.
Level 15, 25, 35, and 45 recipes can be purchased by craft vendors.
The metalsmith NPC offer apprentice tool recipes and
the jeweler NPC and raven talisman recipes and a journeyman belt-buckle recipe.
There are incomparable scroll cases that open up to special lvl 75 and 85 recipes, and Horse-lords recipe barters at Hytbold.
Or the reputation gated recipes: (not listing any Eriador-based recipes)
Lothlorien at 60, Mirkwood at 65, Men of Dunland at 70, Theodred's Riders and Defenders of Stangard at 75,
Sutcroft and Survivors of Wildermore at 85, Helmingas and Fangorn at 95.
Anorien tier has every recipe auto bestowed, with the exception of reputation-gated and dropped Host of the West recipes.
Every expansion prior to that, until Umbar, there has been reputation gates for gear recipes and no basic gear recipes.
