Long Lost Coin

I found a vendor in bree that barters for Long Lost Coins. I read on the wiki that the features instance drops them but then I find that it's newfound coins on the wiki rewards rather than Long Lost Coins

How do I get these coins? I really like that armor.

It would appear that they were rewarded when cap was 105 and then replaced by newfound coins. So the vendor is still there in case a player still has them in their wallet.
