Some of us left the launcher window open and we still have the Transfer button. We see other servers from which to transfer, but not Gladden.Apparently so many people have been trying to transfer they've turned off transfer function periodically. So just a matter of luck of trying when they've turned it back on. Take a look at Cordovan's posts on the Staff Tracker for more info.
We appreciate the team looking into it. At this point, I have gotten through the hourglass three times now, and Gladden has yet to appear. Is it safe to say for anyone on Gladden attempting to transfer, its not worth continuing until we get an update?This appears to be related to the load associated with character transfers. We are investigating why Gladden is having this issue specifically. Your characters are there, but the transfer wizard has been periodically having difficulty querying the server to gather your character data, and since it does not see your characters, it is filtering out Gladden as a choice.

I just managed to transfer my characters off of Gladden. Once you have the transfer button, I would keep trying.Well, i haven't see not even 1 single announcement of him or any one else from the company at the Official LOTRO forums, when the transfer button is back on, only when it is turned off again. I guess if Gladden data isn't loading properly on the transfer tool, it will be a while before i can move my army of alts, or at least my main.

Ok well the next question when will the transfer button be back is there a thread where this info is updated ?I can confirm that Gladden was available for me and my characters have all transferred. Received email last night and I logged in this morning and no characters on Gladden.
