How do people feel about reactions on the forums?

I'd like you to do something to help yourself. I want you to be a mighty person. Please take my suggestion. Listen to the 48 laws of power on audiobook. Listen to it not read because while you're listening you can still go about other things as opposed to just sitting in a chair motionless. That's not an insult for anyone who reads I'm just saying. You don't need to necessarily follow any of the laws but it's a very interesting dive into human psychology. The second suggestion I have is to listen to Andrew Tate podcast. You don't have to agree or even like him but he has great advice about personal strength and fighting through diversity. Third thing I'd like you to repeat this phrase, "life isn't fair, people don't act right, get over it". Last suggestion for now unless you'd like to continue this conversation is to mentally hype yourself up. Inside your head not out loud unless you're alone. People make fun of trump for always acting like what he does is the best thing ever but every successful act starts with the confidence to do it. People with low self confidence aren't going to ask that person out or fight for that promotion. If you don't believe in yourself no one but your mom will. Do things you haven't done before. Easy things you can accomplish with a little effort but you didn't already know how to do. Change a tire or fix a shelf that's off center, something that will make you feel good about yourself. If you don't do pushups try doing some increasing the amount each day and telling yourself you're a stud for doing 2 pushups, the next day do 3! Wow I'm like Arnold now! Use those little victories and confidence to build into bigger achievements. I promise you if you follow my advice you won't give a shat about someone reacting to what you say on some ridiculous game forum.
I am replying only because I respect your effort of writing a whole Hobbit chapter right there:
Be more like Bilbo, and notice where the trolls are.

Is there a way that you can let individuals disable Emojis on their posts/content? If so do that. That way those who dislike Emojis won't have to experience them and those that do can continue as they were.

Now how about a discussion on how to get more engagement on the forums.

Cheers :)
I would love to have more than the usual 10 people commenting on posts. I'd rather never come on this forum than to have to worry about every post or react if that's going to be the one to get me banned simply because someone got offended. This is getting ridiculous to the point of absurdity

I am sincerely hoping that this issue gets resolved in a good way, Hope all of you have had your voices heard and/or had your "fun" with the other people here. I am off to work now and am hoping the forums get better for this.

I really don't take my time to read all the posts because it saddens me. For me nothing needs reactions/mojis. If at all a like/dislike button is enough to evaluate stuff. In the end it is forums we are talking about and if you want to say something, write a post. Harassment will always find it's way. With or without emojis/reactions. Since emojis are not real emotions and can be interpreted in any way at any level they will always make the way for harassment easier. Personal experience: Every piece of media I have seen or consumed so far was never improved by adding or extending reactions...

Please don't react

I thought

Do haga reactions give you negative reputation on forum?
I sure sad (emoji already removed) have negative. I think haha have negative too

I can sum that based on my account: 1619 total, 759 Like + 19 Love +19 Wow - 119 Haha and - 703 Sad = Reaction 75. I think some Sad negative score was disabled, but not all of them

none of these 22 pages would have happened if all there was to do was ban the offending emoji posters and move on. Away those posters, no more emoji spam. But instead, poke the hornet nest and here we are with again, 22 pages of nothing. So now we may end up with an otherwise harmless and useful feature taken away because it is seemingly necessary to blow the case up to a hundred...
I think Cordovan ask players because he need their feedback to update community rules. Yes, people was banned, but he need to have some text to make it clear why you can be banned if you spam emoji

Bilbo's greatest achievement wasn't seeing the trolls but outsmarting them and coming out victorious. Bilbo didn't tell gandolf the trolls were mean and ask gandolf to get rid of them. He used his intelligence to beat them. He was small and weak looking and "stronger" and bigger people were quick to dismiss him yet time and time again he proved himself not to be weak, not to be insignificant or worthless even though he often thought of himself in that way. He not only survived but saved the lives of others who doubted his abilities time and time again. In that sense, I very much strive to be like Bilbo.
But thanks for your reply.

You also are the #1 poster in terms of messages, with over 2000. More than twice what even Cord had posted.

I think that context needs to be added here.

I don't spam 600 messages to same person. Why you consider what Cord must have most amount of posts on forum?

Everyone can have 2000+ posts, why not? I don't broke any rules.

Confirms my suspicion that Bilbo was indeed listening to Andrew Tate podcasts for years, that's why he kept the ring so long.

so many toxic players form the discords coming in and ruining the thread.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY REACTIONS NEED TO GO
I think it's more about people who think it's ridiculous that so many people think it's acceptable to censor speech. Any time you attempt to force people to obey your standards you're going to get push back. It turns out people don't like being controlled. It's a darn shame to me that people can take the position of censorship and act like they're doing it for some righteous reason. Trying to control what other people do to protect your own fragility isn't righteous. It's the root of fascism to think commiting immoral acts is justified if it serves your broader goal. One day someone will tell you you're not allowed to say what you want to say and you're going to throw a fit about free speech and how you'll say whatever you want and I'd love to be there to roll my eyes at you

Wait, based on this thread i could swear "HaHa" was negative?
HaHa has been used in a negative manner to mock specific individuals. I don't think scores are even part of this. It is how the actual emoji is being used.

Another change of topic.
