Great news! Thanks SSG for your hard work.

All one can do is decide what to do with the...........houses offered to us after we get through the queue.

...
By "neighborhood," you mean "zone," from looking at the schedule you posted. Correct?

So can you answer a few questions?

1. Will all the neighborhoods in each zone be open all at once?
2. If not, what will be the criteria for new neighborhoods to open? Automatically or manually by you?
3. Is there an upper limit for the number of neighborhoods in each zone? And if so, what is that limit?

In other words, what happens if every "special" house in every neighborhood is purchased all in the first hour of that zone opening?

The housing is coming! The Housing is Coming!

All Hail... The Housing Is Coming!!!

Soon there will be the gnashing of teeth, hell fire falling from the sky, and the people will come forth wielding pitchforks and torches.

Run to your new found homes, close the windows, lock the doors, and shelter in a quiet place. Together we will ride out the storm of angry people coming to the forums to scream and complain about how the housing is opened up.

Stay safe my friends, and good luck!

This *is* the other place.
Thank you for the information and the advance notice.

Yes it seems to mean staggered by housing zone not by neighborhood within a zone.

I assume all neighborhoods will be available upon the opening with no phased rollout within a zone.

I would have preferred all zones to be available at once so that the "best" houses in any zone would go more slowly since people would be busy in *other* zones at the same time. But that is just theory and I do not really care. I will get three houses just in case I wind up staying where I am but my plan is to make the newest American server my home when it is rolled out. The one thing that will keep me on Peregrine is if my luck with names on the new server is awful.

the very important thing i'd like to know is:
As i'll be standing next to where the for sale board is on the housing plot to buy it. will it just 'appear' at the time specified? or will the zone need to be refreshed. or run away for a bit so its out of visual and then run back again?

that could also apply to the broker in bree. hundreds/thousands of people just standing there staring at the broker without any interaction. yet you go out the door, back in and can click it. because it needed to be refreshed.
