Guardian's attack speed and Block/Parry responses

Dear Devs,
some of us have been asking that you please increase the Guardian attack speeds but as I continue to play Guardian some other things are becoming more and more apparent over time. These things include Block/Parry response skills in both red and blue line. I can almost hit 2 other skills (non b/p response skills) before a block/parry response skill becomes active and as if that wasn't enough these b/p response skills take a long time to execute (specially Thrust) causing an even longer delay before I can execute the next b/p response skill in the skill chain (this is specially true in Blue line with shield skills). The slow activation and long skill delay (slow attack speed or long animations either way, both are a problem) is causing the guard to feel a little sluggish. This is specially true in blue line since in blue line we don't have skills like "To the King" to speed things up a little. But even with "To the King" the b/p responses are slow like I mentioned earlier so I suggest three things:

1) Make the Block/Parry response skills Immediate - so that once you activate the B/P response chain the next skill/skills in line are immediate (not fast) or

2) Make the "Attack Speed" of the Block/Parry response skills a lot faster or

3) Add some "Attack Speed Modifier" on some of our other skills.
a) In Red line maybe increase the modifier to "To the King"s or
b) Add it to a Red line Trait

c) In Blue line add a "Attack Speed Modifier" to a skill/skills or
d) Add a "Attack Speed Modifier" to a Blue Line Trait.

I personally prefer some kind of skill modifier in the trait lines so that all our skills can be a little quicker but extra attention should be given to Blue line specially shield skills. If others in the community have some other great ideas maybe those can be implemented too.

P.S.
Lag is not helping the situation either and we been having plenty of that lately.

Idk what you're doing with your Guardian, there is absolutely no problem with the attack speed in red line, especially after using To The King for the -20% attack delay (= +25% attack speed).

Making a bunch of skills immediate would be horrible, that would mean that you could just press them all at once, and it bursts all at once.
Also, immediate skills are bugged a bit, if you played Guardian enough times, you probably encountered the bug that if you use Catch a Breath or Breach to cut a long animation, like To The King, and it's the killing blow, then it often skips the healing of Catch a Breath, and doesn't open the parry/block responses from Breach.

I suspect skill issue in red line, you may not utilize the immediate skills to cut animations. If you want to go lazy, just do as I usually do: always start with Brutal Assault followed by Breach, and always finish the chain with a To The King cut by Stamp. In AOE you could cut Whirling Breach with Breach, and Sweeping Cut with Stamp.

As for blue line: it's a tank, complainig how often it can attack is not priority imo.
That said, again, utilize Catch a Breath (cautiously) and Stamp to cut the animations of Bash or Shield-Smash.
And just use regular Retaliation/Breach in single target situation, instead of Whirling.
Also, with the rework, shield skills were significantly sped up.

Honestly I guess the devs cannot satisfy everyone, because I think the Guardian is one of, if not the most button-masher class (in dps), where no human can play optimally, because there is so much dot to look for, so many short cooldowns you can miss, which skills' animation to cut and when, etc.

Also, yes, Sting+Stagger is much shorter to execute than other skills. And? Where is the problem? Do you want every skill to be as short animation as these?
Because hell I don't, it would be so boring and plain...
