Cataclysmic Shout not stunning enemies?

When the yellow line was revamped to be a utility line only and the skill Cataclysmic Shout was reworked did they forget to add the stun in or forget to remove the tooltip text that says it stuns? Or am i doing something wrong? Cheers

I would say, it has been changed.

Minstrels have a similar issue with Piercing Cry. It got changed to interruption only, with one exception: when you go into harmonious stance and crit or devastate, you will get a stun effect. Not funny when an enraged troll is heading towards you and your cloth armour.
