Lack of Housing?

Hello,

A bunch of roleplaying kinmates and I (8 players total) would like to purchase houses in the same neighbourhood. However, none of the houses we are eyeing up are available in any of the neighbourhoods (Falathlorn). How do we spawn a new neighbourhood that we can move into?

I don't think we can 'spawn' new neighborhoods per se but the devs add or remove neighborhoods depending on demand or how many neighborhoods are full, I believe. Have you tried checking neighborhoods at the bottom of the list? There are so many neighborhoods that I'm surprised you didn't find a single one with 8 vacant lots.

Speaking of neighborhoods, maybe the devs should make it possible to buy private neighborhoods?
