Befriending Critters: Hop to It - Can't Talk to Coomb Coney?

So at some point while working on the Rhosghobel critter quests, it removed the Coomb Coney location from my map even though I hadn't given it a treat (my quest tracker even lists the Coney as an objective I haven't done). When I hunt it down and find it, it only has a blue circle over it, leaving me unable to give it a treat and finish the quest. Is there a workaround for this besides cancelling the quest?

EDIT: Nevermind, realized it was because i ran out of treats. Woops!
