Is there anything free with Mordor, for every player?

When information about past expansions was released, note would be made of what would be free for every player. Examples: epic line, crafting, level increase.

    What is free with Mordor?

Its not official, of course, but i think free things coming with Mordor are:

    Level 115
    Virtues from 19 to 20.
    T11 crafting Tier.
Epic Book (Not sure but it was free in the last quest packs released, maybe the same here).

No idea about the new Allegiance System.

I would think everyone's monster player characters will become L115 regardless of purchasing Mordor or not.

Yes. Expansions and Quest Packs usually contain the quest and deeds of that region, and sometimes they include instance clusters. Rest is usually free, like those things mentioned here already.

About epic, it has usually been free, except at HD where it is tied to BBs and those are exclusive for the expansion. Or that is how I remember it.

Some clarity from a Blue name will be appreciated.

This from the preorder add indicates you probably have to pay to get a new level cap of 115.

Standard Edition for $39.99 that includes a level boost to Mordor

That level boost comes from the item 'Aria of the Valar', which will probably allow a new player to level instantly to 105.

My guess is that you can still get the epic for free. There isn't much epic left to do though as most of mordor is a "new" story and not part of the epic.
I'm sure you can still grind old content and get xp and reach lvl 115 that way or kill mobs in Mordor for xp (probably just the ones near the road...). Upgrade your LI with scrolls to the new max. New character models (are they ready?) will probably be free to everyone.

These are all just assumptions based on the past (which has become dangerous to do in this game).

I'm sure I'd miss something if I tried to put together a comprehensive list, but the Epic Story (yeah, the fate of the Ring and Sauron) are free, as is the level cap increase.

Since most of the recipes are reputation barter based, f2p will have extremely limited ability to gather them unless they are tradeable.

True, but there do appear to be several automatic recipes added to the new crafting tier. I suspect those will apply to everyone.

What about the new character models, and Chance Thomas' new music ?

On BR, the only 2 recipes that came with the craft of Metalsmith, in the new tier, were the chissel and the rifler for the runekeeper.
