Where to find the new armour, essences and/or jewelry?

So there are plenty of new rep tiers, rep items, crafting recipes, crafting materials and flowers to earn with the new content, but is there already a barterer to be found which has useful items to barter these new rep items, crafting outputs and phials for? I can't seem to find any new stuff, at least not with the usual herbalist and host of the west barterers in the new area...

Or have we finally reached the point where we love grinding so very much that we do not even need rewards for it anymore .

There are three new barterers at the northern end of the Camp of the Host, and in Haerondir in the Wastes. I'm going to post later a detailed list of items available in there (and in U20 if possible).

Ah thanks, found them. Crafting and rep items are clear now (beside raid upgrades I see golden necklace, pocket, earrings and off-hand). Golden and violet phial rewards will probably appear in a next BR build. Hoping for something with armour, beside the raid stuff the Medium classes are stilll stuck with the Vitality flower ones.

    More details :

There's gonna be four factions :
    • the Host of the West (as in MT, Respected, Honoured, Celebrated)
    • three Host of the West factions going from Neutral to Kindred standing : Provisions, Weapons and Armours. Each of them has specific rewards, and the three of them share some rewards too. Reputation items for those three drop on mobs (as in Far Anórien) and can be obtained through crafting, though in limited amounts each day or week.

There are two basic recipes for each profession, given automatically, in the Anórien tab. These use classical Anórien resources as well as Dagorlad shards (one for each profession) and Dagorlad journals (one for each too). I guess there will be obtained in or through the two crafting instances.

One of the two uses a basic component and shards , with a journal as a optional critical item (adding 80% critical chance), the other uses all three ingredients directly but has no critical result. The first one gives 7 barterable items for purple reputation items, and 3 for blue items as a critical result ; it also has an 18-hour cooldown. The first one gives 35 barterable items for purple reputation items ; it also has an 6-day, 18-hour cooldown.

There are also barterable recipes (through the classical Host of the West barterer, requiring Celebrated standing and 80 Host of the West Silver Pieces) and one-use recipes on mobs (these are also profession-specific bu not bound).

    Armours rewards :
Cosmetic shields (Friend standing) - 40 purple items and 10 blue items

From left to right : Shield of the Wilds, Ithilien Shield, Shield of the Midnight Sky, Shield of the Golden Sky.

Incomparable pocket items (Ally standing) - 40 purple items and 10 blue items
Epic pocket items (Kindred standing) - 80 purple items and 20 blue items for the top row pocket items, then the top row pocket items can be bartered with and Ornate Inlay looted in Throne T2C chests only to get the Empowered versions in the bottom row.

There is also the possibility of a further T2 Throne armour upgrade with 60 purple items and 15 blue items. However, each reputation only barters for one stat (Will for Provisions, Agility for Weapons and Might for Armours).

...and so on. If they loot from random mobs, I fear it caters to more botting groups of lore-masters like we'we seen in Ringlo Vale and their stacks of 500 rep items.

    Nice compilation, thank you!

    You're welcome
If I remember correctly, the recipes were fairly common loot on Signature mobs already (and on Elite Master mobs too), and reputation items were also on these mobs, but I've only seen the purple ones drop so far.
Maybe there'll be that, but the reputation items are bound to account so it'll be more complicated to farm them with mutiple characters at once, while still making possible for alts to use them.

Why are there never Rep Items for RK? We are always left out. I suggest adding Chisel & Riffler to the barter items.

That's your ranged slot, which drops from Throne, all the classes get one. Champs, Gaurds, Bears get bows, cappies get benners, burgs get sigils, lms get brooches, minis get lutes, and yall get chislers. hunters and wardens, since their ranged items are LI's, get gold class slots.

I will concede that it is unfair that yall are the only class without an offhand. especially with how crazy the stats on offhand weapons/shields have gotten lately, RK's are gonna start lagging behind soon. But I guess yall make up for with the ridiculous DpS :P

Rks has their stats on the stone, like a champ (each class) with two-handed sword. and you have a chisel out of the raid like champs/guards their bows

Look at the stats on those off hands and shields. all the extra morale and agility/vitality/will bonuses, you don't get those if you have just a two handed weapon. That's why you hardly ever see anyone with a two hander at endgame, unless they don't know any better or are just really dedicated to roleplaying with a specific weapon. Point is, RK's don't even have that choice. They're the only class that CANNOT have anything in their left hand slot. An they're missing out on some nice stat bonuses because of it.

Classes have different mechanics and comparing the stats of one slot outside of any context is silly.

Some relevant things you got wrong or ignored.
Rune-keeper weapons are 2h. That's why you don't get an offhand item.
2h LIs get stat bonuses that 1h doesn't.
Rune-keepers get a ranged slot item with stat bonuses 2 or 3 times larger than most other classes in the same slot at comparable item levels.
Hardly ever see anyone using a 2h weapon? That seems like a bit of stretch. Most Beornings & Captains I've seen use a 2h weapon. Champions are about split. Guardians choice is rather tightly bound to the role they're playing. I don't think anyone else gets a choice.

So you dont have throne class item? You at least use osgiliath armor set do you?
Few K mastery increases are meaningless, you cant spot the difference. Amount of variations is too great.
RKs are totally fine as its... I take pure dps over stats in character panel...

In this case, blue and red line minstrel set no longer stack ! Easy to make some signifiant test on bullroar with +5% critical healing (x3)

    Exclamation Tarnished sigil of Gondor

    Hello!

The new sigils should drop in the crafting instances:

...In the article from yesterday I have wrote about barter items you need for the new gear and there was one very curious item that seemed to be useless. Well, it’s not. This is for now the only useful item you can get by trading 20 of each flower for it. This set of brittle lock-picks is used to unlock the treasure chest which is found behind the boss. Rewards today weren’t anything special, seem to be the usual armour/provision/weapon. The boss did drop one tarnished sigil of Gondor for me. This seems to be random loot on boss kill, as we didn’t see it drop from any box for now.
