Housing teleport - xp bonus item

These are included in the most expensive Mordor package - can someone official give more details please?

What percentage xp does the item give and is there a cap or does it work all the way to 115?

What does the housing teleport mean? I thought when we bought a house we already get a teleport with the purchase.

Apologies if I should have combined questions in one thread I thought one thread on these questions and one on the LOTRO point questions would make it easier to follow the answers by thread caption.

I'm assuming/hoping more details will come out about the various items in the xpac bundles. The only thing I can think of for the teleport that differs from current game is that the teleport will have no CD, so you can use it as often as you want. I don't visit my house that often so it would be of no use to me, but others may visit more frequently.

The Experience Item is an earring with stats. So it can be probably stacked with the back item from Helm's Derp + one of the pocket items from Rohan and Isengard.

The XP accelerator item is an earring of your choice (might, agility, will) with stats that increase along with your level. The item provides a +25% XP gain on monster kills, crafting, and quest completions through level 105. This boost stacks with the Gift of the Hammerhand and other pocket items like the Gift of the Hornburg.

Not that fun. It drops you into the middle of the Mount Doom magma chamber. So you can experience things from the ring's perspective in its last moments.
