We want to announce that at 12:00pm EDT 5/20/2016, we’ll be temporarily interrupting our DLC/Offer sales on Steam, store.turbine.com, and Amazon. We plan to turn these back on June 1^st, 2016.

All keys that have already been purchased, on or prior to 12:00pm EDT 5/20/2016 will still be redeemable through myaccount.turbine.com from 5/20-5/31/2016.

For clarity - This is being done so that we can import our key redemption process into the in-game store.

We’re wrapping up some final testing.

We are planning to take Myaccount.turbine.com and our Account Creation page down from 11am – 12pm EDT, 6/2/2016 to deploy the changes.

We’ll announce when the work is complete.

Thank you all for your patience as we updated our Key Redemption process. Keys that you buy from Steam, Digital River, Amazon, or another retailer, can now be redeemed through the in-game store.

At this time the only keys that cannot be redeemed are:
*30/60/365 day, Game Time Cards
*Moria Collectors and Complete Editions

We are working to resolve this and will announce when they are able to be accepted.
In the meantime, if you have purchased a GTC or one of the above Editions, please hold onto the code.
