Another SoM question:

Hi again, sorry to bug all you beta testers, but I got to thinking the other day, according to the hunters (I have a hunter alt) the bleed from barbed arrow is going to be affected by strength stance and burn hot as well, and I as wondering did they change how damage affects are bleeds? That is in traiting the spear line, does melee damage and spear damage buffs our bleeds?

Also did they change the fist line so that the 10% one can get for increasing the dots affect our morale leaches? I know it wouldn't much if they did, but still would be nice change.

Thanks in advance!

as for morale leaces, since they are not DoTs nor HoTs they will never get affected by traits in Fist or Shield line.

Re: Another SoM question:

I realize that is how it currently stands, but the question was more directed towards if they choose to change the mechanics of skills. The rational for this question is that as it stands strength stance does not affect the DoT of barbed arrow, but in SoM it will. Therefore I am wondering if it will be the same for wardens. Since leaches do Damage Over Time will the fist line affect those, and same for bleeds and spear line.

IF your response is saying that you saw no changes in beta then I thank you.

It is likely they will not change the leeches for awhile, not until health becomes so high that it is required. As it stands the leeches are VERY powerful, but came at a good balancing price (power) it would be difficult to tweak the results to avoid OP/destruction of the skill.

But yes like Geo said no changes in beta, or to our trait bonus period.

Note that the power costs of the leeches can be mitigated with the new fierce resolve line power cost reduction legacy.

Yes, this is true, but I do not have the legacies on beta so cannot speak to how effective they are.
