*sigh*

I was hoping this wasn't going to happen, but the linear nature of incoming healing + Turbine's lack of foresight = sad attempts to balance, that cause what are definitely idiotic problems.

If this statement is true, it just PROVES how half-@$$ed and last-minute this change was. Someone needs to be fired...Trump Style!

So that is why they disabled the -30% incoming heal in the moors, its to keep all healers from farming champions in the moors for renown!

IF....that's true....and I say 'if' since I can't level and test a champ on the test server....



We really could use a dedicated developer again. I understand it's a test server to find things like this, but.... man.
