Saga of the Brandywine Clones

In the ongoing saga of the clones, extra Brandywine characters showing up in place of/as well as Landroval ones, will this be a problem for the lottery system? After clicking on the lottery, I have both my main character on Landroval showing in the list as well as the doppleganger from Brandywine which I'm told doesn't really exist. I have to click on the character names to tell which is which.

This problem seems to carry over to all aspects of the website (signature images, etc), so thought I might as well bring it up now.

Same here.

I got the widgit to show up finally (it didn't at first), but I had some duplicate or "ghost" copies of some of my Landroval characters erroneously showing up on Brandywine. This is similar to the problem with the character signatures (the Brandywine "ghost" actually replaces my real Landroval character sig - I have to manually edit the server in the URL) and My LOTRO in general. I also had to click on the characters to see which weren't real since the server isn't shown (that's a suggestion for you folks - include the server since players may actually have characters of the same name on multiple servers). I thought that entering them in the lottery may cause my Landroval characters to not get entered correctly, essentially overwriting my legitimate characters.

The more Turbine uses My LOTRO for stuff, the more frustrating this nearly year long problem is becoming. Turbine, is this problem ever going to get fixed? "Beta" can only last so long as justification.

Re: Saga of the Brandywine Clones

There's a version of my.lotro.com, sigs.lotro.com, and data.lotro.com in QA now that should resolve these issues for the majority of players who have had problems. That release should come out in sync with Mirkwood.

Do you mean the defeat of the Doppelgänger is nie? That is good news indeed!

Unhappy Re: Saga of the Brandywine Clones

My clone won the Guardian lottery on Brandywine. I would be great if I could transfer that to my Landroval character.

If not, maybe you could give it to a guardian on Brandywine, since I don't have a character there.
