Launch Error.

i recently started playing back. i renewed my subscription and started downloading lotro onto my laptop..at first, i couldn't continue the tutorial area getting a message from a npc that files haven't downloaded so i cant continue my journey to middle earth..but i finally got the full game to start downloading and its at the updating process now..but i tried launching it and it gives me a launch error titled bad image or something to the extent with alot of different words and such. plus when i logged in previously. it wouldn't let me play my characters level 22-25 saying they are not ready to play because the area they are in hasn't finishing downloading. ideas or help would be greatly appreciated...

I would start by uninstalling the application completly and making sure everything in the folder is deleted. Also check the application data folder just in case.

Then start a fresh download and reinstall. Sometimes a file or two get corrupted during the download so maybe that's what happened to you.
