Awesome and great job! I just saw what was needed for the carnivore title last night after hours of searching. Its nice to see it and the other food titles in one place.
Now I know what I need to get the Carnivore title. I'm about to eat my way towards the Vegetarian title as I already have the other 2.

I went for the Vegatirian title, but didn't get it at first. A few of my items were superior, so I ate some more normal versions of those and got the title.
So for me, it looked like superior did not work although others have said they did. It could be that manner in which I ate them (too fast?). But just wanted to post this in case anyone else had the same trouble.
You need 3 Roast of Heroes for the Carnivore title! That's going to be VERY difficult to get when that roast can only be made once per cook for the quest A Taste of Skill, Part IV. Unless this recipe is a world drop now?
Just for the sake of completion, there are two other food-related titles that can be obtained - Pie-Eating Champion and Pie-Runner, although neither require you to eat anything.
Pie-Eating Champion is granted from winning the pie-eating contest that happens every so often at the Bree Festival Grounds. In this thread it's mentioned that the contest has a 33% chance of occurring every in-game morning, so you may have to go more than once to get the title.
Pie-Runner comes from completing the quest "A True Friend of Holly Hornblower", after you have returned all of the spoiled pies to Holly Hornblower in Hobbiton.
In addition you can get: The Unwise - Eat the Barrow Bree, you could die in the process Shire Brewmaster - help the competitors of the Shire Tavern's and sample their brews Tavern League Member - get hazed by some crazy hobbits in the Harvest Festival
You actually have to eat/drink things whether crafted, dropped or provided for most of these. The Brewmaster one you dont need to drink them I think and as mentioned the Pie Runner you are to help retrieve Holly Hornblower's foul pies.

I believe it is from one of the Glinghant/Clorhir quests in Annuminas.
IMHO if they are going to make it a requirement for a title, the recipe SHOULD BE repeatable. The devs should add this as a one shot cooking recipe to the game and rename the one for Taste of Skill to something else.
The Unwise - Eat the Barrow Bree, you could die in the process
What is the "Barrow Bree"?
LOTRO has drink and smoke, this kill people. Eat corn is healthy. If you are Nobgobbler you can be most healthy too. - WNxNomos You just made me punch my own face! That's how angry ganking makes me. I punch myself in my own face! - hex2323
I just used superior coney stew and superior coney pies for my road to the title. I have it locked on my quest list and the superiors worked. I was worried since my cook popped out a few critical ones.
Now to find the roast of the heroes, and level up to eat it
The deeds are hidden (don't show in deed log) and you don't get the title until you complete the deed and eat all of the food.
And if you think you are missing one that you should have, it's probably either because you made a mistake, or because one of the food items didn't count (usually applies to critical success items back in Book 9). Usually this will be very low-tier food, especially if it was crafted by a Cook.
I had trouble getting the Breakfast and Carnivore deeds when I was sure I had consumed all the requirements. After eating another Eggs & Onions and another Pork Sausage, I got the titles.
Not all those who wander are lost. They might be working on one of their exploration deeds.

There may be a new addition to this list. People are hearing trait starter "ding" sounds when eating some of the new fish recipes. It's worth some investigation, no?

The Carnivore title should be easier to get now because its easier to get the 3 Roast of Heroes required for the title. Its still a quest reward for the Glinghant (Gardens) instance but you can repeat the quest. But, the Roast of Heroes reward has been reduced to 1 for the Impure Waters Quest for that instance. By doing the quest twice, I was able to get the 2 additional that I needed to get the Carnivore title (the 1st was from the cook's quest).

According to the Lore Book, Roast of Heroes can be made by players.
Roast of Heroes is one of those one-shot 'unlock the next tier' recipes...
...you can only make it once unless you change vocations to one without Cook and change back and level it up again.

The Unwise - title gained by eating Barrow-bree cheese found in Haudh Iarchith.
Cake-eater - title gained by eating 100 Lembas.
I have not found any that seem to be related to Fish, Tea, or the new Soups.. have not heard the telltale sound of a new deed when eating any of those foods.
