Weird, I see some pics show a round disc thing on their toons arm, what is that?

I don't normally go for the all-black/muted look, but this looked too good for me to pass on:

well my cappy might not be as awesome as everyones here. but i think when i dye the armor red then it might be as awesome as everyone here

my cappy in armor some of the armor is from the moors im working on getting enough comms for the chest piece

My newest Captain outfit. I'll probably be changing the gloves and/or boots if I find some pieces that fit the theme better
