The following release notes are for the Bullroarer public test server only and may not reflect the final list of changes or updates included at release.

Release Notes

This build is primarily focused on updating items prior to final release. As a result the majority of changes will be found in a number of item's stats and descriptions. These include, but are not limited to:

• The Breastplate of Nightfall is now correctly a Rare quality item.
• Mindful and Careworn Mender's Breastplate now give Vitality in place of Tactical Mastery.
• The Spotted Warsteed and Orc Head on a Pike mounted cosmetics are back on the Warband lootboxes.

The following items have gained slightly more stats:

• Arthedain Defender's Leg-guards
• Arthedain advisor's Rove
• Ancient Arthedain Defender's Leg-gards
• Arthedain Advisor's Silk Robe

Yay Items! I hope the finesse is gone from the RK healing set : D

So, nothing on the numerous bugs that have been in the game since the release of RoR? The fellowship bug, or the friendslist?

Bugs get fixed according to priority. Most of the ones you list look as if they fall into the category os annoyances, rather than gamebreakers.

Yet, they're still bugs, and after almost six months of them, it's getting old.

So I guess this means that everything in the previous notes 1 thru 5 is pretty well set in stone right.

6 months is nothing. There was one particular calculation in Excel that was bugged for 15 years.

Indeed, that it takes so long to fix superficially-"simple" bugs is the reason this happens.

Despite the briefness of the latest release notes, the size of the update seemed quite large.

That said, it would be nice if you could post the size of an update with the release notes...

So about the Erebor raid armor sets; I couldn't even barter for my T1 armor sets even though it showed I had all the marks/medallions/seals and it didn't indicate I needed anything else. On T2 in previous BR builds I thought it showed each set was tied to a specific raid deed (smaug/flights/battle for E) so you had to complete it at least once. Now that requirement isn't showing. Is this intended?

Did anything show up when you hovered over the "Barter" button? Hytbold gear does that, too. The deed requirements don't show on the armour itself, just on the tooltip on the Barter button.

I never hovered over the barter button. I saw it was grayed out so didn't think to.

I don't think they talk about the bugs much. I have heard from dev's that the tactical damage bug is being fixed, but it isn't mentioned here.

Just wanted to ask about raid locks really for new raids, how are they gonna work, will it be weekly reset on thursdays like ToO and skirm raids loot or is it something new like bg had no locks, any info would be great, thx in advance for help

there i no locks with raids as they are scaled ones unlike ToO

For guardian, It does seems weird that a 75 set is still better than a 85 set -bonus related-. I speak about guardian pledge, which the cooldown is -1 min on the ToO set and 45 sec on the Erebor T2 one. You could think it would be the opposite nah ?

ToO : - 60 sec
Erebor : -70 sec

Guardian pledge must have a floor value of 2.5 min (150 sec) in order to avoid stacking or macro swapping like this :

I use 2 pieces of ToO set, 2 pieces of T1 Erebor set and 2 pieces of T2 Erebor set in order to have a ridiculous CD on Guardian pledge.

No mention of server down time yet this week, which is what I expected with this information....
