It is so old I have no clue what you are referring to. Please explain:

1) What an "Extra Life Event" is?

2) What were we going to get?

Marketroid at one time said that we were going to get veterans rewards. We finally got those with the anniversary celebration last year in the form of character portraits.

There were supposed to be some nice rewards for donating, which I've forgotten at this point, since it's been so long.

I do not see any mention of rewards beyond a "sincere thanks". Do you have some documentation that suggests that you were supposed to get something? To me the best way would be to give each participant a piece of Lotro swag like a T-shirt at the event.

As noted in that thread I have been behind. As you can see it took me until a week ago to post the video of the #1 reward, shaving my beard (as noted in the thread you linked it was an interesting learning process in how many places run away from an idea once the words "video camera" come up).

About 45% of all donors have been sent their rewards. I'm working on the other 55%. It's just me. 1 Person trying to sort out and compile several thousand codes and emails to several hundred people. This isn't a "Turbine" thing (and thus why the thread was moved to the off-topic forum. it's not a game suggestion) it's a Rick thing.

I do apologize for the lengthy delay, but I also appreciate the incredible patience some of you have shown in how long this process is taking. If I have learned anything out of all this it is that I should have expected the response I got and done a much better job of planning ahead.

I can say that the forum title is on hold until we deal with an issue that is preventing us from making new custom titles for the forums. Everyone on the list will get their Hero forum title, I just don't know when.

I will make a post when the next batch go out, and when each subsequent batch goes out (I think 2-3 more rounds should finish it off).

Thanks for being a one-man get-it-done team, Sapience! If any of my inquiries about incentives came off as rude, I apologize -- I had heard rumors of e-mails being sent out and thought I was left out. (Wouldn't be the first time!)

The next batch of emails should go out next Tuesday or Wednesday (February 19,20). There are about 100-150 in this batch depending on how many I get through by then.

Thanks for the updates. I don't mind waiting. I am just glad to know there are still more emails to be sent out, since I have not gotten the codes yet. At least I can stop searching my 'spam' folder until the next batch goes out.

When is the next batch?

BTW on another note, did you guys win the WB extra life cup? If you did, I hope it is proudly displayed somewhere!

that would be fun to find out. I'm curious if the prizes of the t-shirts, DVD's, music, etc was also awarded and sent out. Haven't heard about those and hope they aren't waiting still along with the rest of the codes.

Has anyone ever had a code, email or anything since Sapience said they would be sent. Exactely a month ago today 45% were stated to have been sent with others done in batches since. I see no-one posting here that they have received anything. Anyone?

I'm curious too, because I, nor anyone I know who donated, has received anything. I am also curious because, if I remember correctly, the winners of the lifetime account and TP were going to be announced after they had been contacted, but I haven't seen anything about that either. Granted, I haven't been keeping meticulous track of this, and might have just missed it.

I am also curious. I donated twice to forestall any problems in terms of mixup with email address. All of my fellow kinmates that participated also have not received notice. At this point I am still holding true to Sapiences word and will continue to wait patiently.

Yeah there were two horses given out, cds, lots of turbine points, lifetime account(s) etc. I would love to see the list of winners so I can give them a warm grats! So who all won?

Hey anybody take a screenshot of that page with all the rewards? I'm starting to forget all that was guaranteed.

As of today, 3/15/13 I received my codes via an E-mail. I have been checking in on these threads often and I know that a few people were asking if anyone received theirs so I wanted to let you guys know that someone has gotten the codes. Keep hope alive!

Although, in the e-mail I got, it sounded like this was the last batch so you should probably check you inbox if your expecting them.

Where are we supposed to enter these codes? I had totally forgotten we were even getting them until I got the email. Now I can't remember if there was somewhere specifically mentioned that we were supposed to enter the codes. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sign into your Turbine account page, copy and paste 1 code from the email into the product key box then hit "submit". Accept the agreement on the next page then you will return to the front page, copy/paste the next code rinse repeat.

I also got mine. I am still interested in seeing the page of big winners though. It'd be cool to be able to wish them well in game (Assuming they are on the same server).

We cannot use the forums titles due to yet another glitch in the forum software so those titles are on hold.We have been promised a fix this year, now, whether that is in our timezone or Middle Earths timezone is unknown but what we do know is that it won't be soon(tm).

I'm not worried about forum titles, I'm still waiting to get anything at all. I'm amazed at how long this has taken.

Most of the posts went back onto the original thread, it suddenly sprung back to life then died again when questions were asked.

I think round about page 14 there is a private email address where you can contact the person responsible if you didn't get your codes.

Thank you for the information but unfortunately I already followed his instructions and never got any replies lately. It's been two weeks since he tweeted that he was certain he would have every last code out, and that was maybe the third time he had promised "this week" in a row. I understand it's for charity but I've gotten paychecks with less effort than these promised codes, and I'm not convinced I was fairly included in the raffle if the guy still can't find my e-mail even after I resent it to him.

A small update:

Rick is still ignoring tweets, PMs, and emails, and closed the other thread without an apology. He has refused to answer the question "If we were never included on any of your code lists, how can we be sure that we were included in the raffle for the turbine points, soundtracks, and lifetime account?". This was the most important question I had, more important than the monthly "are you being serious when you say by Friday this time?". Pretty discouraging stuff. 6 years of LOTRO, 6 months of waiting on the community manager to do a simple task.

Was I or was I not included in the raffle, and can you provide proof of this?

First I've ignored nothing. Second I've replied to you in the past, via twitter, repeatedly.

When the list was pulled every person was assigned a number. Those numbers were used in the raffle. If you didn't win one, I'm very sorry. If you follow me on twitter you'll see that I actually checked in at Legal Seafoods Harbor side during PAX East for the lunch I offered.
