The deeds "Quests in Region X" now just say to complete all the quests in the region and don't give a progress bar, meaning you don't automatically know if you missed one last quest to finish a region.

Serious? If so, that saves my crafting alts ooh about 2 minutes but I still approve.
I've been told the guilds insde Thorin's Hall have also been moved, but I haven't looked for myself so I don't know exactly where they have moved to yet.
The fellowship sharing rules that you are used to in prior region do not apply in Rohan. Rohan uses open tapping which requires your character to participate in the battle.
The only reason for being in a fellowship is for chat convenience, the ability to use group skills, the shared hate list and aggro mechanisms.
No, it requires your character to heal or dps. "Participating in battle" tends to extend a bit beyond this (you know, stuff like off-tanking, off-healing, buffing, etc. which is important for group survivability yet may not involve you directly in the defeat of each mob the way they seem to have defined it).

Minstrel stances and War speech is disabled while mounted and takes a few seconds to become active when dismounting or being dismounted so some spells are not available immediately when entering combat at times.
immediately to the right of the quick slot bar is an up/down arrow. I noticed this switches to a new set of quick slots and back. Do not know if this is an additional set or just for mounted combat.

Yeah, I noticed this was done with Hunter stances, too. I suspect that it has something to do with not having these stances/benefits active during mounted combat, as that system uses an entirely different set of skills.

My level 36 hunter had a cloak equipped with equip level 36. The equip level of this cloak went to level 38 when I logged on with this character, so the cloak suddenly resides in the inventory and my hunter is cloakless.
I noticed one of my characters didn't have a cloak on last night and one was in the inventory. I was able to equip it immediately, so I'm not sure if the level had changed or not.
Another thing I noticed, in some areas my sound would cut out. Then if I swift traveled to another area or went into a building, it came back.
Definitely a Bug-War-speech music keeps playing after the animation when questing in the in the Wold. Kinnie complained about it in chat, while i was questing on East Wall. I had no issue there. Got to the Wold later and it started and wouldn't stop even after toggling the skill off and loading out. Why did i use a cowbell? (At least it wasn't the pigthing)
A Bug? not sure- but here's a Tip- all skills and tales are removed from minstrels when you exit session play. One of these early instances ports you back to a camp where Orcs spawn. Be ready as you will be in melody/null stance with no tales when they attack.
The dismount animation-even on normal horses- is great!
The overload holder of loot is an excellent idea given the amount of (auto) looting available and the absence of taskboards and vaults in camps by the Wall. (Autoloot can be toggled off, I think).
Loving the new crafting system.
I hope we get our friends lists back ./sad (Although some are more upset at losing their ignore list )
I've been told the guilds insde Thorin's Hall have also been moved, but I haven't looked for myself so I don't know exactly where they have moved to yet.
The doors to the old guildhalls have been removed and are now found on the other side of the stairs, between the superior forges. There's also a new vaultkeeper!
this really is annoying for the Warden sprint, which also gets disabled. If you only ride for a short while, you won't have restored enough power to reactivate it.
Wonderful stealth repair:
For the longest time the horse emotes by hitting spacebar were broken for hobbits - we only ever got the whinny (the one exception was the rep goat of Thorin's Hall).
This has finally been fixed and our ponies and goats can finally flick their ears or paw the ground again.
Your various mounts in your skill box (press k to get to it and select Mount tab) have bee categorized as Standard, Deed, Promotional, Exclusive, Reputation and possibly other categories.

possibly not 100%, but the only time I was stuck playing the notes was when I turned my tale on while mounted. Since I NOW make sure to NOT do this mounted, I have not had the problem. Also, after enduring the mindless non-melodic banging of the cowbell for several minutes, I decided to equip the clarinet to turn the tales on and then switch instruments... just to be safe
Obviously its a bug, but maybe this will help in the meantime.
If you are on a War-steed and use the "walk mode" key, it's no longer just a toggle, it will cycle through the various top speeds available, brilliant for maneuvering in tight places on heavy mounts.

The scholars guild in rivendell hasn't moved, but it does now have a vault, and a superior study, which is sweet, as it was a pain running up and down three flights last week makng crests!
So that why I actually enjoyed the view of my Captain's back! Did not realize what happened, but now I see.. the sword is not shiny anymore and I can actually see the texture of my coat.
They changed the Cloak of the Equine, which was a reward from the deed Horsing Around that came with the ledendary edition, to Discovering the Descendant, which ive completed before the update, but after the change, i didnt get the cloak.
The patch notes mentioned getting the new "shard" from Farming (and, yes, this works...I got one that way yesterday), but I don't think it was mentioned anywhere that other tiers of shards can drop from farming as well. I got a ruby shard while farming green onions.
It is almost impossible to finish Ford of Bruinen if the troll gets agro on one of the npc's. He kicks the npc really fast into the wall and gets stuck. Since you cannot damage the troll, because of the shield and the stuck mob thingy with the ???'s over his head. You have to leave, sometimes the troll will eventually kill the npc.
Personal mounts as well as stable horses make jangling metalic sounds while moving.
I despise this change, and if there's an option to turn it off I can't find it. It's not how loud it is, even though it does drown out the old running sounds. It's even not how constant the sounds are, it's the pitch. Some people are bothered by nails on a blackboard. Some people are bothered by rubbing styrofoam. For me that occasional chirp in the sound loop is almost painful.

It's a second set of basic/ctrl/alt/shift slots usable for any skill, and hitting that toggle swaps between them. Judging from the icons in the toggle, it was intended so you could have all your combat skills on one and all your buffs/mounts/non combats on the other. The last 2 hotbars that don't have a keyboard shortcut won't swap and will stay fixed in place.

So is this seperate from the bar swapping that occurs with mounted combat?

What is not described in those notes is that Captains do NOT get defeat responses while in a fellowship. The only defeat responses a Captain gets now while in a fellowship are on mobs the Captain damages.
