I thought we were to get it by now. What are we looking for? Does anyone know?

you get an eMail with 3 codes for the goodie bag.

but it doesnt say if the goodies are bound to char or bound to account.

at least you can also give the codes to a friend, if you like :-) maybe thats the reasen for the 3 codes..

The bag I just got with me code says Bound to Account.

So what do we do if we have not gotten this email?

Bound to account.

Each code gives a full goodie bag containing one each of the listed items.

The contents of the bag can be stacked after they are received, but they appear in your inventory separately. So make sure you have room for all the items prior to opening the bag.

I was surprised to get three codes. But since it seems to be the norm, not going to worry about it.

I heard there was a technical issue with the email. All the g's in the addresses were substituted for d's.

If you pre-purcased the Riders of Rohan expansion prior to September 5th, you should receive it within the next 24 hours.

For those who want the goodie bag and dont have codes, it can be purchased for 560tp. Otherwise:

• Log into LOTRO
• Log into the character you'd like to receive the item on.
• Open the LOTRO Store and search for "Goodie Bag"
• Click "Quick Buy"
• Enter the 18-digit code into the empty coupon field
• Hit "Apply Coupon"
• The price will be automatically updated to 0 Turbine Points.
• Hit Place Order

I don't mind waiting If I get a more polished expansion that I will get many hours of enjoyment from... and the "goodies" are a nice gesture!

Once you have your codes, please use them before October 15th. Unfortunately this piece of information was accidentally left out of the email. You need to use them before Rohan launches.

I searched for 'good' 'goodie' 'goodie bag' 'bag' and got nothing.

I have the same issue when you serach for goodie bag in the store i get a mount that pops up thats it.

I tried that too and then it just comes back finding nothing

ahhh being over 40 might be the issue i was logged on a lower level toon ill give that a try

I got my first email with 3 codes, but we prepurchased Rohan on two accounts, the second one a couple of weeks after the first (but still before Sept. 5). I'm guessing that I should be seeing a second email later on, and that they may be going out in order of the dates of order?

Being above level 40 on a character did the trick can see the bag on the store now thanks for the help!

So do the items in the bag bind to the character when you open it? Usually those sorts of items aren't bound. Just wondering before I get them.

Nope. Does not work either... everything tried brings up the same darn horse.

EDIT: K... the GM response went up while I typed this... yes, works fine with lvl 40+ toons

Ahha, that's probably it. I just checked on whatever character I happened to have logged in at the time, which given my ratio of low to high level, was probably a lowbie.

You can contact customer suport if you aren't going to be 40 before then. They may be able to help you.

Yes!

I pre-purchased the expansion on both of my subs prior to Sep. 5th. However, I only received one e-mail (to the address associated with my account) with 3 codes in it.

Are people that have multiple subs on one account getting screwed here?

Similar question here. How should multiple subscriptions tied to a single e-mail address work? Should we be getting a separate e-mail for each of our accounts or will we get a single e-mail or should we contact customer support?

Ah, that makes sense. I was trying on a level 25 alt, lol. Well, I got them on my level 75 then.

I know we're not supposed dwell on typos or language errors, but this thread title just made me giggle when I first saw it...

I never received the email a few weeks ago letting us know that the codes would be delayed. I did get my points in game, and heard from kinnies about the delay. At the time I wasn't too concerned, but now I'm wondering if we do not get the email within the 24 hour period, what should we do?

I have 1 account that got the e-mail, but not the other. Are we expecting more e-mails to go out with more codes?

Same question here... I bought 2 expansions (with maybe a month between each purchase) with the same email... one for me, one for a friend with no credit card. I only received one mail.

I hope I should get the other one soon... am I right?

Come on Turbine NO Were does it state that i have to be level 40, so because i dont play that much and dont have a level 40 toon i cant get my goodie bags. Thanks alot for nothing.
