Evendim is worth it, but Forochel is for level 44-50, Angmar is level 40-50 if you have the Trollshaws you could try Forochel, but iv'e never really quested in Angmar. Eregion is for level 48-50 but you can start it as soon as level 44-45.

Although Angmar is technically 40-50, it is mostly group quests from 44-50 and it is extremely difficult to find groups in that zone. You would probably have much more luck questing in Forochel from 44-50.

Trollshaws has some quests from 40-42, as does the Misty Mountains.

Evendim is the cool place to be from 30-40 nowadays.

Glad to see you decided on Evendim after the free zones - so if you group go Angmar - if you solo do Forochel

Grouping can be hard to find for angmar these days unless you are in a large and active kin that has players that run a lot of alts - in my old kin we used to put together angmar and CD runs every few weeks for up coming members - but be warned... after running CD a 100 times for kinnies - so of us kind of got burned out on it and it became a chore - so (and Im not bragging or proud of this) we would kind of "speed-level" them through it with our high levels to just get it done and over... in retrospect I can see how some of them was cheated of the full experience of exploring a great area and figuring out how it was layed out - so be cautious of high level kin help if you want to sight see.

a lot of people like forochel - but personally - I never liked the area - blizzards - moose - white outs - cold penalties - spread out and all looks the same - snow and ice - I just couldnt get behind it - doesnt relate to anything we read in the books or seen in the movies... but it is solo friendly and if leveling fast and moving on is your deal - then maybe forochel is better for you.

Evendim is extremely worth it and will take you from 30 to your low 40s easily. It's also a very fun and smooth ride through a visually appealing zone.

For your low 40s to 50:

Forochel if you want a solo friendly zone with an extremely beautiful visual design and a unique setting/storyline. You'll probably have to make a few side trips to fill out the full experience gap, but you'll only need the one zone.

Angmar if you want a group friendly zone with a number of included group required instances and quests. It looks evil amd twisted, and even the stuff you can do solo is often more challenging than what you'll find elsewhere. If you can't get a group together, though, you're going to have to skip a good bit of the content. If you can do it all, though, it'll take less side trips than Forochel to get from low 40s to 50.

When in doubt - pick Evendim. One of the best regions in the game, both visuals-vise and leveling-vise.

Forochel is better for solo leveling, Angmar is known for group content - which you'll have troubles getting groups for.
