Thread: 5000 TPoints Error

Hi there, I upgraded my account earlier with the Legendary Rohan themed expansion, I added 5k Turbine Points to my bill as there was a deal on for buying both these items together. My online receipt states that I've made both of these purchases and the product key provided for the expansion pack worked fine. The product key for the 5000 Turbine Points however keeps failing. Stating that "The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022]" I have checked my account in game and I only have the 2000 points I got from upgrading my account with the Legendary pack.

The code for the points is redeemed in game in the store.
log into the game go to the stor then the add points link
to the right there is a place to input the code from Points cards
which is basicly what thae code for points is.

That will add the points from the second code to your account.
