    Swift Blade Questions

I've a couple of questions regarding the upgraded version of the skill 'Swift Strike', 'Swift Blade'. I have read that several AOE buffs do not apply to Swift Blade even though technically it is an AOE skill, have these bugs been fixed? Secondly and more importantly, the legacy that reduces power cost on Swift Strike, does he apply to Swift Blade as well? I have tried searching the forums, referring to lotrowiki and even asking a GM (which didn't provide any help other than to insist he can't discuss Gameplay Specifics even though there was a 'skills' category on the drop down menu when I submitted my ticket), but have met with either vague replies or nothing being mentioned at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Things that increase AoE damage indeed do not currently benefit Swift Blade. This is a bug that I believe is being worked on.

The two power cost legacies (AoE power and Swift power) do both affect the power cost of Swift Blade.

This is one of my very favorite traits. It's absolutely brilliant for keeping all of your AoE skills on cooldown as it generates pips like nothing else (it will give you a pip for each mob you crit).
