Watch and learn, wanna-be wargs, for the chachii is the finest example of perfect rotation and great movement.
To all the wargs (with those few exceptions) learn to play.
To the chachii all my love, for one can rarely find such an overall great player. Keep teaching em how you roll in the hood.

Btw, there are rumours that you've increased Turbine's fortune so much (by making the freeps pop inc brands, store pots, store tracks, and all the other things you can buy) that they are releasing another buff named Chachii mode : 2 minute cd, duration 25 seconds. You became immune to damage, and 1 shot everything in sight.
Big grats again to one of the bests, (if not the best) players I know.
You and I both know that everything you said is rocket science to most people on this server.
Well, that tends to be what makes a good player.
What makes someone excel at the class is using the correct combination of keys in specific circumstances.
Only way to get good at that is 1v1's, 2v1's and 3v1's, then depending on your class, more than that.

Try telling that to folks on this server. I've been told by raid "leaders" on both sides that the people what usually group with them are "very good" because "they follow directions very well".

It's like I, Robot or something. :O
It depends on the definition you are referring too. In a group dynamic those people may very well be very good. In a solo dynamic not so much. I know plenty of so called Leet players who have no concept of team, and are horrible in a group, however they hold their own exceptionally well when the only thing they have to worry about is themselves.

On Windy, when in a group, freeps can be atrocious (as many are) and still do well because:
a) the creeps are low-ranked/squishy/outnumbered/just plain bad; and/or
b) the terrible freeps depend on the tons of heals they're packing (don't anyone even think about considering denying this), and the few barely-above-average ones they're grouped with that do know what they're doing. Not that you have to know much to be adequate at most freep classes atm.
As for the creeps, I'm sorry, but they're still terrible. And that's mainly 'cause most of them are greenies, though that's not to say ranked creeps on this server are any good either. If they beat grouped freeps, then you can be sure the latter are even worse than I make them out to be.

What a load of garbage.
Ok, some of that is true, but give credit to the creeps who deserve it.

Well, A good player has the movement and skillset manouvering I'm talking about.
A good team player doesn't need to follow directions anyway. The type of play we talk about here is when you have one strategist, and everyone knows their part in it, everything from that point on is merely silence except for the queue's.
To be a good raid team player (leader or otherwise), it is most effective if you are;
A) Individually able to hold your own, know the specifics and combat practices in most, if not all aspects of your own class
B)Able to hold sale with one or two team members in situations which the average would crumble in, drawing in your specific knowledge and coinciding that with the knowledge and skillsets of your teammates.
C) Able to build on B in a group manner with more members in the team, facing a force larger in size or of equal understanding of game semblance and mechanics.
It's after all of that you become a good raid team player. It's progression.
To participate effectively in a small group fight, you need to be able to hold your own solo.
To participate effectively in a group fight, you need to be able to hold down in a small group fight.
To participate effectively in a raid, you need to be able to do group play substantially.
The best player, is one who works well in all area's, not because it's just their natural skill level of whatever class they are playing, but because they worked to achieve and maintain a balance in playstyle.
Here we have issues where we have to single out specific playstyles of people who don't like soloing, or don't like small grouping, or don't like grouping, or dont like raiding. Anyone who holds any single one of those idea's is completely blocking off their true potential as an MMO player, and as a player of their class in PvP (this also spreads like wild-fire to PvE skill).
When the majority of the community refuses to strive for balance in any more than one or two of these area's, the entire community suffers, and everyone sucks a hell of a lot more than they would otherwise. This is the premise for Arathain making the claims that Elendilmir is better than Windfola.
Although, that's probably going to hit the dirt soon if it hasn't already, so many &&&&ing raid babies over there.
All of this is also why Rohan pretty much spells doom for what keeps a lot of players out in PvP. You don't give any solo incentives, but make the entire pace for combat revolve around one aspect and playstyle in an open arena, and the entire community is forced back into sucking hardcore.

What part of what I wrote did you think wasn't aimed at the creeps who're neither good nor aggressive? Of the rest, the aggressive ones know I love them, and the good ones probably couldn't give a rat's &&&.

As for the rest, everything else you said.
What sucks as well, is that creeps are forced into one playstyle in order to get to the place where they can learn to hold their own individually. Freeps get to that point before they even enter the ettenmoors. That's probably the start of more of the issues revolving playstyles than anything else.
Being aggressive in the wrong situations is simply feeding. It should be about learning how to be aggressive in a way that you rack up more bounty than you give off. If everyone's skill levels, due to balanced playstyles was at a good standard, nobody would ever be able to push outgunned odds and get any reward ever.
To have the opportunity to reach said skill levels however, people would need to follow an etiquette (much like what a lot of us may have been promoting before *hint hint*).
Why do we badger constantly people about their individual playstyles? Because if they acheived more of a balance, or started in the right steps of playstyles following a good etiquette, the moors would be more fun for everyone. That is not subjective, that is observable in any sort of competition worldwide that works.
As a note to self, I think that's the best I've ever put forward my(some of our?) position in text.
Sorry for hijacking your thread Glass, grats on ranking Chachii!

Amen, except for one thing.
Don't ever apologize to Glass, because he's a tool. _|_ <3
