Can someone please tell me how to change the character name under which I am 'logged in as'. It currently shows a character I deleted 2 days ago. When I go to the list of my characters and select a new character to mark as my name, the 'Next' button on the bottom right hand corner is unclickable. I have tried using different browsers to no avail. Altering anything in Preferences does not seem to help and there is no dropdown bar for "Logged in as ...".
I might be missing something, but it sounds like you are talking about your forum screen-name? It may also be a name of an in-game character, but it is not connected in any way to the character itself. It sounds like you are just changing your primary character in your profile (what character players will see first if they examine your profile), which does NOT reflect your screen-name. For example, my screen-name is Mar-Evayave. None of my characters are named exactly that. Marevayave is obviously what I had in mind. The game didn't allow me to put in the - or the capital E. But regardless, even if I delete Marevauave, my screen-name here remains the same: Mar-Evayave. Deleting the character doesn't change your screen-name. I'm not sure if its even possible to change your screen-name. You are logged in as "Cybelline". That is talking about your screen-name; not whatever character you are playing in-game.
I would say you ''cant'' at least in options and so because that is your Turbine account that you created.
Is like create a account in any place and then want change the account name... Nothing to do with your characters!
