    Suddenly unable to login to Turbine account management

    Hi there
    The other day I was able to log in fine, my password complies to the standards in this link:

    where it states:
    • Username must be between 6 and 25 characters and must not contain special characters

    • Password must be between 6 and 16 characters in length and can have letters, numbers and the symbols (){}!$%&+;:-/*^#@ only

    However when I attempt to log on via the turbine portal this weekend i get:
    Password must be between 8 and 16 characters in length, of mixed alpha-numeric characters and the symbols (){}!$%&+;:-/*^#@ only. [err: 20068]

    The subtle difference is the turbine account calls for 8 characters not 6, which mine does not comply with.
    Furthermore it doesnt seem to be sending reminder mail to my email, but i think the address is a stale address which i need to update - so separate issue.

    Can you help me Turbine?

    Password requirements have recently changed. Seems, they check not only when setting a new password, but also when login.

    You have to contact Turbine account managment. Submit a ticket in the support portal (can take 2-3 business days to get an answer). Or phone them on their toll free 855 number.
    They can't help through the forums.

    I just bought the new triple pack deal, but can't activate the code with Turbine because of this. Submitted a ticket, hope they reply soon!

    I clicked on the forgot password link and was sent a link to reset my password, and managed to setup a new password and gain access to the turbine account management again that way.
