I've had my fair share of run-ins with plenty people on this server, including smegg and most of IC, but in no way do I hate them. I mean come on, it's a video game. Do you know what a video game is? Demon, I never got the honor of meeting you, but I have seen you in ooc. I don't understand the hate that I see in the moors every day, even between creep and freep. I know it is there and will always be there, I accept that I can do nothing about it. I am sorry you are leaving, I am even more sorry it is for the reasons you stated. I hope you find that E. is without the hate that drove you away from us, but if you don't, if it is there as well, please consider coming home. Maybe if enough people ask themselves why they hate so much, and find they do not have a good answer, the hate will melt away.

It's commendable to shower someone you don't know with praise and comfort but remember like anything in the moors there are well founded truths to some events and complete inaccuracies to others.

Furthermore think about the person that you didn't have the honor to meet. I happen to be in IC and yet Demon has chosen to include me in the folks in IC that apparently suck. Demon doesn't know me yet he judges me without reason.

So think about that.

When people can say anything they want with little to no consequence over the internet anonymously. I actually commend anyone for not making a living hell in public chats with racism, sexism, swearing, and other un enjoyable things.

On the other hand, when they do, it's to be expected. A kid who can't resist the urge to scream out the N word in vent or spam it in channels to purposely ANGER and OFFEND others will always exist..because with such anonymity, they feel there is no consequence. Would they go to a black neighborhood, walk up to a bunch of blacks and scream the N word at the top of their lungs? Probably not, for there WILL be a consequence for that... That consequence is likely a well deserved beating, or even a possible(highly possible) murder. If they can't do it when there's consequences, why wouldn't they do it when there is none? I don't bother myself over their foolishness, for I can't do anything about it. If I feel arguing with them would hurt their feelings instead, that just brings me down to their levels. Just /ignore /report and go about your business... I've done it to ANYONE with a racist name or spamming ANY racist slur... I don't care what ethnicity it's aimed at, racism is still racism. Being a troll is still being a troll. /report. If they're DUMB enough to do it on their MAIN account, well then they really deserve that ban hammer for being a dumb troll.


Also, that is why I will NEVER acknowledge Mena. He could care less, I know. I don't care if he was a god Lotro player back in his day when he played "seriously", when I first saw the N word after he typed it, all respect I had for him was completely gone. That goes for Giwarrow too. Yes, both of them have said the N word and if I had knew there were members like that in Lockdown, I'd have left myself without being kicked multiple times for a childish misunderstanding. (HEY DP!) I agree with Eagle and Holy. And Oskir that video was hillarious, one of my favorite episodes. My main problem is the fact that we don't have common unity on Vilya anymore. Back in the day a lot of us didn't care for each other but we wouldn't threaten to leave raids if one of the folks we didn't care for joined a raid. Or we wouldn't allow particular people into a raid who were good players and contributed 110% just because we didn't like them personally. I had tribemates asking me in tribe chat why smegg and company wouldn't let them join an open raid they were leading. I mean that defeats the purpose of open raid doesn't it? And as for Rae or whatever I never said I hated anyone, I don't hate anyone here on Vilya, I might not agree with certain folks playstyle when it deteriorates pvp, but certainly no hate. I know I tend to mess around on vilya a lot and crack jokes, etc, but &&&& I got a sense of humor and I know there are a lot on vilya who are the same. I know I will never reach the hated rank of Kirakohken, I remember him with every other word typed was the nword, something about homosexuals, or burning a bus full of starving Ethiopian children. And as for whoever up there said something about lockdown, I like lockdown they were a group of players coming to do what this game to do what you are supposed to do....HAVE FUN! And they liked to crack jokes, big whoop. And as for the whole PK thing, I was always cordial to her in the past and then one day she keeps with this if he joins the raid I'm gonna leave and speaking a bunch of banter about me. So i called it for what it was, but I know people just don't like you when you blatantly speak your mind haha.

3 things.

1 - i don't like to hate i group with people i dislike, at the end of the day its a game.

It isn't just about being offended, it's more about people thinking they can walk all over you. In a game it's less important because there is no real life confrontation. However, if people feel they can say whatever they want with no consequence, they'll build up confidence and start acting the way they do ingame towards people in real life. Even if they don't have the balls to do it alone, they'll do it in groups to feel safe. If they think they are superior to one race and can walk all over them, they'll start expressing those thoughts. What they think will eventually become what they say. What they say will eventually become what they do.

Now I could be wrong, they could just be joking around, but I'm not taking any chances. Since I can't do anything about outside the game...I just /ignore /report. Hopefully I'll get them banned for a couple days, or worse if it's not their first offence. I also hope they're dumb enough to say it on their mains to erase all their hard work. You might call me cruel but they're the idiots for saying what they said in the first place. be it racist, sexist, or unbearably rude. I'm not saying I'M perfect and I have the right to go around giving the ultimate judgement, but I'll do everything I can myself to knock em down a peg or two before it goes from saying to doing. and even IF I can't stop that, (Which I most likely won't be able to) atleast I'll know I did something.

As for Kira he was a good Warg, but me and Munchiezs stopped grouping with that guy because he got simply freaking annoying.

I don't play well with others and if I get into a raid people are going to start hating me. I have no one on creep side like I did back in lockdown. The Creep leaders on Elendilmir control the Creeps in general. I was on that server only two months and they won't put up with many of the issues that are being discussed up above. If Vxye or one of the tribe leaders that run that server or the Creep vent don't like you I'm afraid your time will be short lived. How is that? They will multiple /report as a whole and also they have been known to call in a 'hit' to the Freep side vents. In other words: "Uh...yes....he is coming out of HH right now on the far south road." Then 'WHAM' you get steamrolled by a Freep group. A few minutes later...same thing...and on and on until you end up quitting from multiple attacks day after day.

I took a few days before replying to give it thought and to try and see your view. My intent was not to "shower him with praise" but to express my wish to have been able to know him to form my own opinion of him. As it is now, I only know what others say, and that is rarely the whole story.

I apologize if my post was not clear. I hold no hatred towards anyone in the moors, creep or freep. We all have one thing in common, enjoyment of the game. It hurts to see people hate each other when they have never met the person behind the keyboard. (I realize I am making an assumption but I suspect in most cases it is true)

I think you're right that most players do just want to "enjoy the game" ( I know i do),but we unfortunately have players that like or even love to ruin the gaming experience for others.

If anything I think i should be the one to apologize since my intentions were not to jump down your throat but to make a point that your post might've been taken the wrong way and inadvertently gotten yourself involved in this rather heated thread.

THANK YOU! I mean I know I got into it with PK and &&&& happens I was probably in a bad mood and the word slipped out, I most likely could have chosen a better word but too late. I'm waiting for someone to put Smegg on blast for insulting a mentally handicapped person, calling him a host of offensive and intolerable names including calling him a worthless POS. When Spiderman confronts him he says oh the person he said that to had a slow computer, &&&?. But at the end of the day I could care less its a game I'm here to have fun. I just am saying if you were going to bring me before the stand with your holier than thou. we are the best tribe on server approach, take a look at red rooster's track record. In recent polls FAR more people dislike you smeggypoo than I, they just lack the balls to tell you. But let's just let bye gones be bye gones and call it a day.

You know for a fact that's what happened to this "handicapped person"? Is it possible that you only heard a portion of the story and are now mistaking it for the whole truth?
