    Problem with password change

    One of my friends changed his password yesterday on the Turbine Account management site, he accidentally entered a 17 characters long password and now he's not able to log in either to forums, game client or account management site, so he can't change his password again or retrieve it by mail because it's not valid anymore.
    He tried submitting 2 tickets to Turbine team but got no useful answer.
    Is it possible for Turbine to change is password?

    What about the "forgotten password" link at the myaccount login page? He should receive an email with a password reset link.

    If this does not work, phone account support.

    Email support can easily take two business days to get a response. Your best bet is to call Turbine on the phone using their toll free number. The 855 number.
