Champ - Droilan, Of course. - One of few champs on this server that gives my OP spider any trouble at all, and he does it without CD's.
Burg - Willdin, he hits like a freakin truck.
Guardian - Ashaburn or Dafro/Cillidellan, both are really good.
Mini - Volodic - When droilan isn't around, he takes the roll of the champ and charges first
Warden - Geirskogul
Hunter - Callquinta for sure :P yesterday with 1 aud he still got me lower than most hunters who have 7, can't wait to see what he'll do with 7.
BA - Toq - some rks wont even 1v1 him, because he always wins except vs minis.
Defiler - Lifepresever and Gashratt - They both heal out of group so much and are great healers.
Warg - Depends on what playstyle you think is good, there are too many ways you can play it and so many wargs =)
Reaver - BDC or Tickles, BDC saves the day many times. its also fun to watch Tickles destroy 1v1 in an update where reavers are weak.
WL - Cuthburg, always does ninja bubbles now and helps out where he can while still solo ranking mostly. tough on a WL.
Spider - Haven't seen many spiders 1v1, no idea who's the best imo =)
Edit : Captain - Eodread/Vinric - They both 1v1 so well. and LM - now that Faja is gone, not many LMs play out here. ones that do that are high ranked, meh.
And Runekeepers.. eh....

BA:
1- Dafro (always persistent to get the kill, push, etc)
2- Rhynin (you're always where i least expect you to kill me xD)
3- Bush (how do you get all the KB's on people!? :P)
Warg:
1- Tackmeat (may be a star hugger but always knows when to attack and when to &&&&)
2- Volo (fun to 1v1 on his warg and doesn't blow CDs on a noob like me :P)
3- Wargarine (cool guy and pretty hard to kill)
Reaver:
1- Invicti (always fun to 1v1 him especially when he kicks my butt )
2- Battlemind (always goes for the kill live or die)
3- Skullsquasher (relentess sob :P)
Weaver:
1- Charge (always know what skills to use in a 1v1 or not)
2- Branders (if you had audacity you would most likely kick my butt)
3- Kral (always pushes and CCs what needs to be CC'd) ( you have to know his spider :P)
Defiler:
1- Lugluck (is there a class you can't play ;P)
2- Rejuvenator (your heals >.< your heals!)
3- LP (always heals out of group as much as she can)
WL:
1- Bashburs (yet another class you play well...)
2- Yellzor (havent seen you play much but you seem like a cool guy with the skills to pull things off without audacity ;D)
3- Ezsraen (we have had our differences but you know how to play a WL dude )
