Maybe it's because of my warden but I had a hard time keeping my RK alive. My delusions get the best of me.
Did discover that by ignoring matched trait bonuses and slotting each writ trait along iwth the chisel (? or whatever) that allows me to not tune-shift when casting writs in combat, I can writ-heal tank like a beast. Allows for longer chain pulling and faster kills in the long run.
Anyone else a writ-tanker?
Just curious - still learning the class, only lvl 55 atm.
Kill before being killed has always been my motto, strategically of course.
And you gotta know when to roll 'em, know when to hold 'em, know when to walk away...and when to run.
Now...I haven't been a lvl 55 RK since before mirkwood, so times may have changed
I do exactly as you do with the chisel- i do alot of kin skirms where im the highest level (im 56) and it takes forever when i heal cus there isnt any dps - but i feel bad when someone dies cus i didnt heal them so if i see someone getting low on morale i spam writ of health on them - but to make this alot more effective it helps to have the writ of health trait slotted so it tiers down and lasts for longer
