You should also try adding 'noreply@turbine.com' to yur Contacts or 'Safe Senders' list. That often allows the email to come through.
If you continue to have trouble, please contact Account Support directly using the information in my signature.

so i have to wait because im from poland and i don't know englis well ;]
Yeah. It is a very common problem all over the world. I have to wait here in South Florida because there are Spanish only businesses that I deal with. I call on the phone. I can not talk to anyone. I get a snail maif from the USA postal service in Spanish. I take it to my neighbor to read. I write a letter in English. Translate it to Spanish. Print it out double spaced. Take it to my neighbor. Ask him to correct it. Type in the corrections. Print and mail it. Or I have to convince a Spanish speaking neighbor to go with for a personal visit. Have them vocally translate for us.
English, Spanish and Creole are very common in South Florida. We have a lot of mono language residents. In some cases, you have people that know two languages - none in common - My situation. I do not think there are a lot of three language people here that know - English, Spanish and Creole. I have a daughter that knows English, German, Greek, Hebrew and Spanish that does not help with Creole speakers.
Is it possible for you to find someone that is fluent in English that is willing to talk to Turbine? Have them place the call. If you use a service like Skype. You can route the conversation to your speakers. All three of you can hear each other. That way Turbine knows they are dealing with a non-English speaking customer with language support.
