So i downloaded the game from file planet but now i don't know how to launch it or if the game is even installed on my computer. Is there any1 else who downloaded from file planet who knows what im talking about and what to do?
No i did not download from file planet but i do recommend that you downland it from the actual website the game is from aka lotro.com because once the game is downloaded you should be able to start is up normally other than that i say give it on retry on file planet and if it doesn't work both ways then idk.

well the lotro download is not hosted by turbine at all, fileplant is one of the offical sources for downloading lotro
once youve downloaded lotro from fileplanet iirc you will have a Zip file, this needs to be extracted first, for this you will need to use winzip or 7zip or something similar
once youve extracted the files you need to run setup.exe
