Another great guide can be found at http://www.the-rangers.net/joomla/in...-the-warleader
Disclaimer: I am still quite new to LotRO PvP, even though I learn fast and listen to the "older" and wiser. These are my opinions.
One thing you see when you compare those two is, that there are a lot of small differences on how people go about with healing in groups. This, I think is because of personal playstyle and server differences. I play on snowbourne, and Warleaders are targeted quite early on in RvR fights, if they are in range of the freep nukers. Also the freeps know which Warleaders in general can take the beating, and target the "weak" ones with no Audacity.
While depending on your server and if you have the TP, my advice would be to get Brawler's stance as early as possible, even though rank 6 is relatively quick to get. The thing though is, that Warleaders are abysmal in solo PvP for gathering Infamy early on (very low damage with CD:s on every skill, and only one heal you can use outside group), so you need to group with some DPS. To group you need to be able to heal effectively... So you see how it goes around. You need one thing to get another, which you need to get the first thing.
Another thing to note is, that Warleaders don't have any skills they can use on themselves to escape when they suddenly get targeted, so you rarely get away if that happens. I know people say taht Warleaders in the raid should heal and bubble other healers, but there are also Reavers, who in my book are the more important targets for bubbles. After all, in most cases the raid wins or looses depending on how much DPS (not overall, but burst) it can do to the freeps.
Hope that helps. :-)
