hey guys, curious question - how long do you usually take to rank up per level?

How long does it take to reach max rank 15?

Rank 15 usually takes about 3 years at the very least to reach.

Depends on how many hours a day you play, and how many noob Freeps are out vs. good Freeps in comparison to Creeps.

I bet you could get to Rank 15 in less than a year if you played almost 24/7.

He achieved his second R15 about one year ago. I'm unsure about his first.

I could be wrong, but I seem to recall Mornaro (Unerat) getting his first rank 15 in less than a year. He got it during the old Codemasters days so a little while ago now.

There is a difference between the best rankers among us and the absolutely flawless rankers who never stop speeding through the ranks. Unerat is one of the latter.

Never heard of Unerat, so don't know anything about him, but how fast you rank also depends on your playstyle. It's easy to farm yourself/friends or just camp the rez/gv, but imho, that's just lame and boring play. Again, I don't know Unerat so I don't know how he/she played, but I've never heard of anyone ranking to r15 in less than 2 years who didn't farm themselves/friends or just camp rezzes non-stop.

I really don't pay much attention to trying to remember people on other servers. I have enough trouble trying to remember people on my own XD.

What if you earn a modest 10k everyday for ~371 days?

Lots of good posts here, but another variable is of course your available play time. You have 8 hours a day available to play makes a huge difference over only being able to play on say the weekends.

Depends on server/skill/playing style. The way I play it will take about 2,500 hours, not to mention that one usually has to spend a lot of time preparing for the Moors (e.g., raiding and getting certain items). Hence, for a player like me it would take over 7.5 hours per day to get R15 in a year. Of course, some of the players are gaining renown faster, and most - slower.

And if you want to waste 3 years of your life go right ahead... personally its best to have fun playing and not care about rank. After 3 or even 5 years of playing online and what do you really have to show for it... nothing at all - sitting behind a desk and pressing buttons all day.. I do that at work and get paid for it! Just make sure you dont exclude life outside of this or any fantasy world because thats where it counts.

Depends on how long you spend on the game. Casuals go anywhere from 1k a day to 5k a day average. Addicts usually 10k+ on average.

Just depends on how many friends you. I did rank8 in bout a week and then few months later i did rank8-rank14 in bout a month. Averaged bout 30k a day and when i put more effort into it id get 42-50k+ daily. If i really wanted to i could be r15 in less than 4months easily with my choice of play style <3 I coulda been rank15 years ago if i cared to do so but i enjoy playing instead of farming so i rarely do it anymore, but just givin you the farm option will get you where u want to go alot faster

WTB level 40 army, pst.

I am a defiler who solo PvPs, and heals ungrouped nearly all the time. It took me 2 years to hit r6. Slowest ranker evar.

And if you wish to hit r15 quickly, look up Farmpaws :P You'll hit r15 in 3 months, and it's fair play apparently (according to Turbine).
