    Talking Buying shadows of Angmar

Hi, I've been out of quests for a while and I really want the Angmar quest pack. I dont have enough TP and Im not really fond of grinding. I was wondering if I buy Shadows of Angmar (in a box, I found a great deal), what benefits will I get? Will I get the quest pack, TP, nothing maybe? Thanks. Also, I was wondering, is it possible to buy TP or VIP game cards in Canada?

Nothing really. You might get 30 days of VIP time, and access to everything during that time, but that'd be it. If you don't want to grind, but you want the quest pack, you might need to pony up some dough to buy points to buy the quest pack(s) you want.

Don't know what a "great deal" is, but I know GameStop was selling Mithril Edition for $9.99US and you could get it electronically. Didn't even need to download the game again, just get the code and enter. That price gets you Paths of the Fellowship, a horse for all characters - ever, and 2,000 TP, which is plenty to buy Angmar xPac with. I think that is a "great deal".

I assume this gives you the special steed even for your characters who already have a standard mount

SOA box gives you nothing more than 1 month VIP, and you cannot even apply it if you have applied a MoM code already. Make sure it is not a Codemasters SOA box as those will do nothing for you.

Yes, you'll get 1 month of VIP, including the 500TP stipend.

But be sure you haven't applied a Mines of Moria code already or SoA code won't work.

Buy the Mines of Moria and if you want, SoA, boxed set off of Amazon.

I would strongly recommend this to all new players as it comes with a lot of benefits.

You will several quest packs including Misty Mountains, Trollshaws, Moria, enedwaith, and I believe mirkwood, and Angmar.

You will get 2,000 turbine points and 1 month of VIP status (with another 500 turbine points for being VIP)

You will unlock Wardens, RK's and 1, if not 2 character slots

Permanantly unlock all gold caps, virtue slots, and trait slots for all the characters you have created while you're vip (you should have gold cap unlocked for all characters regardless of when you make them.)

And a whole lot of other stuff i cant remember!

Anyway, I would strongly recommend it, its what I did!

    Oh, its only $20.00

    Enjoy!

mithrill edition or the path of the fellowship does not contain angmar or mirkwood, but does give you 2000 tps - the steed is a starter mount that every character on your account gets - but you have to buy the riding skill in the store to use it.

Honestly if I was you and already had the moria quest pack - which is all that the moria mithrill edition included for moria - no rk or warden - no slots - no rank 15 skirm...

I would just put $20 bucks in TPs and buy angmar
or maybe even just buy eregion and get my but into moria as fast as I could.

    D

to be clear SoA will not give you permanent access to any regions - only 1 months worth of access - then you will be back to where you are now.
