    Mines of Moria expansion

    Hello everyone,

I was told on the chat of my server to look for Mines of Moria instead of buying directly the Warden. However, the place where I live (Québec, Canada) simply have no Mines of Moria available anywhere. So I was wondering if someone here could point me out a place where I could buy it online and get the different perks from the box such as the 30days gameplay time, warden & runekeeper etc.

    Thanks !

So, I looked on the Canadian Amazon site, but didn't find it there. Be forewarned, there are Codemasters
versions of this product listed there, and those definitely do not work. Here's the listing on the U.S.
Amazon site. Maybe you can do some more poking around to find it through other Canadian venues.
Do be careful - there are a lot of boxes of Moria "stuff" floating around out there, and only a couple, like
this one, that do what you want.

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...F8&me=&seller=

But all that said - this is totally worth it.

Oh, I should mention that all you really need out of the box is the product code,
you won't be installing from the DVDs. It's been a while since I sent anything to
Canada, so I don't know how the delays and taxes are these days, but if you
have friends or family in the U.S., they could get it for you and just EMail you
the code, and that would do the deed. Just sayin'.

It is available in the LOTRO store under:

    Account > Quests & Content > Expansions

Just make sure you buy the expansion and not the quest pack.
You won't get the 30-day time card, but will get the 2 classes, 2 extra character slots and quest pack.

What you also won't get is the heartache and problems of a dodgy product code.

Do you mean Quest Packs & Expansion Quests ? If so, it seems to be only the quest pack...

There is Moria Quest Pack and the Moria Expansion. Make sure you are in the right place (Account > Quests & Content > Expansions). Not (Account > Quests & Content > Quest Packs & Expansion Quests) The expansion is the more expensive one.

Hopefully I got the order correct in the Lotro. I can not see anything in these categories.

Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.

It'd be at 35$ + 15$ for the month... Amazon.com is 25$ + shipping & currency fee, which is still less than the 50$

The only problem with Amazon is that it would get there after my vacation time >< Now the question is mostly, should I get it directly from Turbine or from another seller for cheaper... Might try a shot to get one to open it and tell me the key before it is shipped, I don't know lol xD

    OK,

If someone else gets in my situation, here is an alternative:

    1) Go on http://www.impulsedriven.com/lotro ( This is the Mithril edition which contains a bunch of expansion quests )
    2) Buy it online
    3) Get the key
    4) Add it to your account
    5) With the 2000 TP, you can buy the Warden & Runekeeper

    Enjoy !
