Thread: Lottery not including my new characters

I went to enter the lottery today thinking I might give some help to my new 3 day old characters on Brandywine. They were not on the list. How long does it take for the lottery to include new people?

Character's appear and update their levels usually within minutes, but once in a while during a patch some/all of the server feeds will stop. In this case Brandywine, Vilya and Withywindle were affected during the last patch. Brandywine and Vilya are restarting now so hopefully it will be fixed when they come back up.

I see, so I guess that's why my level 74 burg is still listed as level 60. Hopefully the restart will fix that so I can put her in the correct lottery again!

As of today they are still MIA. I do hope it gets updated soon.

Yep, still not updating my characters on Brandywine either. I wonder what the restart was for then, since it was for 2 of the 3 servers reported not updating...

The problem has existed for weeks now. Since early July, so don't expect a restart to fix it. I have 2 toons that don't appear and another that is showing up five levels below where he really is.

When will Turbine notice there's a problem with Brandywine?

The problem exists with the Gladden server as well.
