Thread: Money gone from credit card but no turbine points. Help!

I just tried to purchase a $19.99 TP "package". On my Credit Card site, it shows the purchase as having gone ahead, but I am not credited with the points.

you have to redeem the code at the turbine in-game store. IN your confirmation email you will see a product digital licence that yey long.... copy paste that into redeem code pannel in the in-game store to claim your TP.

That's the problem, I haven't gotten an email. Nada. I have gotten an email from Paypay saying that the money has been sent to Turbine, but no email from Turbine itself.
